Machinist
Responsible for repairing and manufacturing parts using many types of conventional machining tools. Use of gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements. Use of precision tool, machinery, and equipment such as lathe, mills, and a variety of cutting tools and equipment. Maintain department machinery and basic tools. Comply with all quality and company policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions.
Mechanic
Responsible for the disassembly, assembly, and testing functions of all motors, pumps, gearboxes, and blowers. Evaluate failure of machine or motor and determines repair needed. Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards. Comply with all quality and company policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions. Required to provide the basic tools to perform job.
Winder
Responsible for rewind functions of AC and DC machines. Collect winding data as required and confirms data is correct for motor. Comply with all quality and company policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions. Required to provide the basic tools to perform job.
Maintenance Technician
Clean and prep parts. Maintain shop and equipment. Assist all departments as needed. Comply with all quality and company policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions.
